This is all about connection in any form! Bring your loved one, your bestie, your neighbor, or fly solo and meet someone new. Together, we’ll explore the fun, trust, and teamwork of partner yoga and finish with a blissful sound bath to leave you floating on good vibes.
Partner Yoga Play Shop (75 mins)
Get ready to laugh, lean, and stretch in ways you never thought possible! Partner yoga is all about working together to enhance flexibility, balance, and trust.
Think playful poses, lighthearted moments, and lots of opportunities to support each other—literally. No prior yoga experience is needed, just a willingness to have fun and explore connection.
Singing Bowl Sound Bath (45 mins)
After all that movement, settle into a deep state of relaxation with the healing vibrations of singing bowls. As the soothing tones wash over you, your mind and body will unwind, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and centered.
